Refund and Returns Policy

At Flying Pig Cattle Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below to understand your options.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns of unopened and unused soap products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sarabeth@flyingpigcattleco.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please put “Return” in the subject line.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used soap.
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are also non-returnable.
- Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, ship the product(s) back to the address provided in our response.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds will be processed for returned items that meet the eligibility criteria above.
- If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
- Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at sarabeth@flyingpigcattleco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide a replacement product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Shipments
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
- Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at sarabeth@flyingpigcattleco.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
